Global Expertise, Unified Leadership

With diverse backgrounds and a shared commitment to excellence, our board members offer global insight and local understanding. Their collective experience drives the strategic decisions that move IDG Group forward across regions and sectors.

A leading expert in fire fighting systems and mechanical engineering, with over 23 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design. He has led 1,385+ consulting projects, authored a key textbook on sprinkler systems, and holds several international patents. Dr. Sadek is a certified NFPA and ROSPA member and the first Arab professor to teach fire fighting systems at the university level.

Board member and CEO

Electrical engineering expert with over 34 years of experience. He has led the design and supervision of 15 power plants for the Petroleum Pipelines Company and served as General Manager of Control and Electricity. He is also a board member of the Engineer Management Association and an international arbitration consultant.

Eng. Mohamed Alshazly

Electrical consultant

A seasoned specialist with a PhD in Electrical Engineering (1993), this board member brings decades of experience in radar guidance and electronic warfare. He holds an MSc focused on radar jamming techniques and completed advanced EW systems training in Rome with SELENIA S.p.A.

Dr. Aladdin H.Assisi

Energy consultant

An internationally recognized traffic and transportation consultant with extensive experience in the U.S. and the Middle East. Dr. Tahsin is a certified expert by ACTAR and the American Transportation Institute (USA), with specialized work in Florida, Kentucky, and Indiana. He has authored over 25 published papers and brings advanced expertise in roadway design, traffic impact and operations studies, O/D analysis, and traffic forecasting.

Hassan Tahsin

Board member and Head of Engineering

A senior mechanical engineering consultant with over 25 years of experience specializing in plumbing and fire fighting system design. His portfolio spans a wide range of project types—including residential, commercial, industrial, medical, educational, and military facilities, as well as large-scale infrastructure and site development. His work is grounded in strict adherence to both national and international codes and standards, ensuring safety, efficiency, and long-term performance.

Mohamed Mahmoud Farrag

General Manager

A seasoned expert in urban and regional planning with a strong background in curriculum development, strategic planning, and real estate economics. He has served as an instructor of Urban Planning and Housing at the October High Institute for Engineering and Technology since 2013 and actively contributes to consultancy work in architecture, planning, and community services.

Wael Mostafa Zaki

General Manager

A highly qualified civil engineer with a strong foundation in building construction, infrastructure, and urban planning. He holds the Meistertitel in building construction from the Handwerkskammer Mannheim and earned his Diplom-Ingenieur in Civil and Urban Engineering from the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany.
